Ben Wacksman Infinia Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Ben has 30 years of experience as a real estate entrepreneur and CEO. He created a company which he built from a single employee and a computer to nearly 1 million square feet of office, industrial, retail and hotel properties with over200 employees. Ben successfully sold the holdings to private equity and institutional investors. He has advised numerous financial institutions, public and private companies regarding their real estate assets.Ben has negotiated a multitude of financing, leasing, acquisitions and sales as a principal and CEO, consistently leading to the successful disposition of significant assets .He was the lead real estate advisor for Beneficial Corporation in the successful turn-around of Harbour Island, a $1 billion+ residential mixed-use development that resulted in the renovation of an underutilized waterfront retail/restaurant/office complex, turning the project into a vibrant and profitable community asset. He was appointed by Governor Lawton Chiles of Florida as Hillsborough County Commissioner where his responsibilities included land-use planning, zoning, economic development and oversight of a $1.5 billion budget. Ben served as a Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of Tampa, in roles as Chair,ViceChair and Chairman of the Audit Committee. He was recently elected by the shareholders of Holly Mortgage Trust to its’ Board of Trustees. He has served as a Board member and Chaired the Board of Trustees of IvyRealty Trust ,a private REIT and served on the University of Florida’sReal Estate Advisory Board for the Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies. He holds a BA with Honors from New York University and a Master’s Degree from Columbia University where he was the recipient of an Alice B. Stetton Scholarship. Guy is a native Tampan. He attended the McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In November 2017 he received the Class of 1967 Outstanding Alumni Achievement Award. He received his BBA from the University of Georgia’s College of Business Administration. Guy is the President of M.E. Wilson Company, Inc., Tampa’s oldest privately-held insurance agency founded by his maternal grandfather, M. E. (Gene) Wilson in 1920. With 30 years of architectural experience, Tim Clemmons has established expertise in urban mixed-use, cultural facilities and multi-family residential projects. Tim is recognized for his modern designs that promote urban, sustainable lifestyles. Tim is Senior Principal and Executive Director with Place Architecture. Tim’s strong interest in contemporary urban issues is evi-denced by his extensive involvement in various civic organizations and initiatives. He has extensive experience in public participation processes as both a design professional and civic volunteer. For ten years he taught master’s level architecture and urban design classes as an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida. In addition, he has been the developer for several multifamily residential projects located in downtown St. Petersburg and is acknowledged
as one of the key players in downtown’s recent renaissance.
Gregory Glenn, AIA LEED AP Principal, Place Architecture
Greg is a Principal and one of two Studio Directors with Place Architecture. He brings 18 years of experience working in projects of all scales from single-family homes to large mixed-use projects. Greg’s work is defined by an enthusiasm for modern architecture with deference to an appropriate vernacular response. He believes that the role of an architect is to act as a place maker – leading a collaborative team to bring forth a new environment out of the possibilities inherent in a site, it’s context, and the project’s program.

Kody K. Smith, PLA Principal/Partner, Dix.Hite + Partners
Kody Smith is a Principal and Partner at Dix.Hite + Partners. He joined the firm in 2013 and has over 6 years of public and private design experience. His primary focus on urban design, parks, and transportation related projects comes from a passion derived by an intense respect for people, their culture, and the environment in which they live.

David M. Hoppes, PLA, LEED AP Principal/ Vice President, Dix.Hite + Partners
David has lived and practiced in Central Florida since 1994 and has over 23 years of experience in the field of landscape architecture. He has had the great fortune to practice and learn from a variety of mentors throughout his career that helped him find his passion – creating great places for people to live, work and play. He began consistently biking to work 12 years ago and has recently, in the past several years, been combining his commute with SunRail.
Rachel Taylor, PLA Landscape Designer III, Dix.Hite+Partners
Rachel Taylor joined Dix.Hite + Partners in 2015 after earning a Master of Landscape Architecture and Bachelor of Horticulture degree from Auburn University. Ms. Taylor’s role at Dix.Hite includes pro-ducing detailed construction documents, landscape and hardscape designs, renderings, and graphic design. Her project experience includes multi-family development, urban design, site planning, private residential, parks and open space, and mixed-use development.

Sergio Reyes, PE Director of Engineering, eda
Mr. Reyes has been a crucial member of eda’s team of engineers for the past 25 years. Having 36 years of combined experience, he has worked with public and private sector clients to provide solutions to their varied develop-ment needs, from small office buildings and restaurants to large subdivisions and shopping centers. Mr. Reyes provides design of storm-water drainage facilities and water distribution for several agencies including Gainesville Regional Airport and Alachua County Public Works. He is the Project Manager for annual contracts with the University of Florida, Gaines-ville Regional Utilities, Alachua County, City of Alachua, City of Gainesville, City of Newberry, and the Cedar Key Water and Sewer District.

Meagan Dickey is a Project Designer at eda engineers-surveyors-planners, inc. in Gainesville and has five years of experience working in land development. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree with a minor in Urban Planning and Regional Development from the University of Florida. Meagan has recently earned her Professional Engineer license from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.

Joyner graduated from the University of Florida’s School of Building Construction in 1972. The business was born when Joyner completed his first project: the Self Service Shoe Store on Main Street in Gainesville. He has completed nearly 6,000 residential homes in the Gainesville market. Richard E. Wagner, who was born in Orlando, Florida, graduated from the University of Florida’s School of Building Construction in 1972, and during his time there, he met fellow classmate and current partner Millard K. Joyner. After graduating, Richard pursued a different career out west, but in 1979, as a married man with a new-born son, he returned to Gainesville and found his real vocational home at Joyner Construction Partners, LLC. Richard aligned with Millard, created a commercial services division for Joyner Construction Partners, LLC. Having fulfilled the roles of project superinten-dent, project manager, and corporate officer while working for Joyner Con-struction Partners, LLC. for more than 35 years, Richard E. Wagner is now the current president of the company and the head of the commercial division.

Growing up around her mother’s locally beloved furniture store, The Glen Addie Collection, Amanda grew to love staging vignettes and organizing the warehouse. It was there that she found her passion for working with people, creating beautiful spaces, and improving the functionality of every space she worked in. After a wonderful childhood in Gainesville, Amanda attended Louisiana State University, where she was awarded a full scholar-ship in music and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in music education.
In college, Amanda discovered her love of fashion and worked for several high-end fashion retailers. She returned to Gainesville after graduation to be closer to her mother and help out at her interior design business. Soon after, her deep knowledge of the furniture and design industry, flair for fashion, and passion for functional and beautiful spaces inspired her to her start A Divine Closet, where she helps clients create custom closets perfectly designed for their lifestyles and living spaces.
After learning the trade from her childhood and through a close appren-ticeship with her mother after college, she took over the Interior Design business in 2014 after her Mother retired.
